Background
After graduating from Florida State University at the top of his class with three degrees, Mr. Thomas moved to Tampa, Florida and joined a fast paced civil litigation firm. He practiced a wide variety of law, ranging from catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice to bankruptcy and estate planning. Mr. Thomas took this wealth of knowledge and experience and became a shareholder at Marshall Thomas Burnett P.L. He now dedicates his practice solely to representing individuals against insurance companies, primarily in the areas of sinkhole and personal injury law.
